We are a Manufactured Home Park, run under the Manufactured home (residential parks) Act 2003 the regulation of 2017 and the act amendment or 2024. A monthly site fee covers all costs except home insurance and utility bills. Site fees for eligible residents are reduced by applying for rental assistance through Centrelink. No homes in the village are 'eligible homes' for the buy back scheme under the act.
